How to Request extension of MMM Nigeria Order payment time


MMM Nigeria today was affected by the Eid ul Fitr holiday celebrated by Nigeria Muslims. The Federal Government has declared Tuesday, 5th and Wednesday, 6th July, 2016 as public holiday to mark Eid-el Fitri Celebrations. This was contained in a statement issued in Abuja ans signed by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior, Mr Basse Akpayung. 

However for this reason and others that may require an MMM participant to request an extrension of payment deadline, this is how to request extension.

Options 1: 

  • Contact the designated recipient directly. 
  • Use the messaging facility on the Order interface. on top of the printer icon next to recipient's name.
  • Click "details" and find the phone number of the recipient and call the individual.
  • State clearly the reason why you need an extension.
  • make sure to take snapshots of your entries, this will serve as proof if needed.

Option 2:
  • Contact Guider to assist you on what to do.
  • Click "details" and find the phone number of the Guider and call the individual.
Option 3: 
  • Follow the steps as provided in the image above.

Following these steps lifted above should provide a way out of this tight situation participants may find themselves. 

If it helps, unconfirmed sources have it that the MMM support team have taken the holidays into account and may introduce a mass extension automatically to accommodate the thousands who are under pressure for fear of having their accounts blocked.

  2. After going through your tutorials, I discovered that I made a mistake while trying provide PH two weeks ago,i did not bring the leftover to zero before closing out and I'm still waiting to be matched. Please what do I do to correct the situation?

  7. my account has been placed on moratorium and i have done all the needful. i understand that it takes about 15 days for it to be resolved but my worry is that my mavro is almost 30days and i understand that maximum days that a mavro can be left is 35days and it would be deleted . please i need advice

    1. You are starting afresh, because you would have to provide help afresh and the macro starts counting as from then...
      Try and get a mobile application to enable you make payment to any bank at your convenience

  42. Please I have not been matched for the money I gh over two weeks, I understand that I have two accounts. When I opened the first one it was showing south Africa, I don't no why it was like that. So I open another one under nigeria.i never new it will affect since is not the same country. Until some told me it is because of two accounts am not been matched. And the funniest part is a farmer that I created the account, am just the referral and she thinks have eaten the money. I don't even no how to make her understand it. Have wrote to support that I want the south Africa account deleted but nothing.
