How to Unblock Account (Personal Office =PO) in MMM Nigeria


  1. Log into Personal Office (PO).
  2. Click Support and then click “Create” to create a ticket.
  3. Choose option that says “Participant is Blocked”
  4. Enter title “Please unblock my Account”
  5. Tell your story about what happen, but show remorse.
  6. Browse file to upload any documents (if necessary.)
  7. Then Save.
NOTE:
  • Keep checking to see that your account has been unblocked.
  • It may take about a maximum time of 48 hours.

I provide help last month and few days after dat my account was hacked and i create a task for them to cancelled the order which was done immediately . I later Get Help that is when i got to know i have to submit some document before releasing the "GET HELP"and they ask me to attached document which i av done and also to drop my email (old and new mail) since have submitted everything i couldn't log in into my PO anymore.   37. Please I added GA to my PO in order to secure it further as advised by the system. I got a 16 character code. However could not use the code. All my efforts to download/install Google Authentication and even the 2-step authentication proved abortive. Please assist me to be able to configure the GA on my Windows OS.   44. Go to your PO. When logged in from the affected account go to support link and write to support. You should get reply within 48hours and you'll be instructed on what to do.

    2. You can't log in? If you can't try sending Msg to support from yours. Though I know support disregards third party msgs only in issues of google authentication problems. But give it a try. And normally when one fails within the time frame to upload from experience you'll be able to log in but once you do you'll see a notification telling you your PO has been blocked. But give it a try from another account.

On 3rd of September, 2016, I lost my phone that contain the authenticator app. I have not been able to login into my PO since then. I complained to my referer,my guider and my guider's guider and even to the live chat with the consultants, I have been checking three times everyday but all to no avail, my PO is still not accessible. I have been submitting my email address. I do not know what is stopping it. within this time, i was matched and I did not PH them because I could not log in...I only got email urging me to pay some people. Now my account have been blocked.   72. I read online GH take 15 days from the day you edit your account.so u can cancel your order or leave it to Grow why your penalty last .i have canceled mine. My guardian told me this anyways. Good luck to us. Let's us all be patient

When I wrote first that I can't GH when I try to,they replies me that my account is on moratorium that I should check very well if my account details are correct and if they are I should not edit anything. Then I wrote to them uploading my bank statement that the bank details are actually mine. They replied that they will get back to me. I waited I didn't hear from them and I wrote to them again yesterday that I am still waiting, they replied today that verification is not yet complete that I should please be patient.   90. It all depends on the number of people waiting to get resolved on same issue. Last month I knew two person that wrote to support and within 24hours of getting reply from support got matched.

    Just don't panic on the delay for too much ppl are now on the system and fewer reps. to attend to the issues. I was just unblocked after they replied me yesterday. I had a difference issue but less than 24 hours they replied and it's fixed now.

    1. @Kenneth. The problem here isn't about getting reply from support. Myself for example, they replied me, I followed it up and at the end of the day, the status of the support ticket changed to SOLVED. That happened this morning. I have placedt Get help since this morning. Up till now, it is not yet matched. So are you saying that we should be patient that it will still get matched?

    2. Ebere, you don't have much of a problem if it's ticked resolved. Once it's ticked resolved then you good. Within 48hours from experience I've had and from friends you'll be matched.

  91. Has anyone been able to solve the moratorium problem successfully after 14day? Mine is the 6th day and support keeps closing my tickets and i had to cancel all my ph request, atleast let me not compound my problem.

    1. stop canceling your tickets. the more you cancel the bigger the moratorium. create a fresh ticket, apologize for your naivety and explain that you really wish to be helped. i practically had to beg last night and this morning i got paired.

  92. Please just cancel it. Why should you provide another help when you have not been payed what you invested in. I noticed all issues about from GH are treated quick mainly because they are not getting money rather they solve their problem just so they can provide help. Loosing my confidence in this mmm thing self. One quick question guys when does the 15days start counting the day you edited your account it what?

    1. I think you should have calculated in advance and cancel the request before you get paired. you cant cancel now cos you have been paired. you are only going to get blocked. Its a difficult situation really. what i did when i entered moratorium was to cancel all help i had provided.

  93. @Rali, the system is just like a dormant account where u can pay into the account but can't withdraw. So u can be matched to provide help but u can't be matched to get help once u are on merotoriom. The funniest thing is that u can't even ask for help if u have a pending request to provide help

But still if they can dictate when people edit their account,they Shoukd be able to dictate that the person they are pairing is under moratorium or whatever that stuff is called and dont pair the person rather piling up problems from people. Trust me anyone having issues Now will definitely won't feel confident to introduce anyone again or want to invest in it again. My legs are crossed sha. Make I dey count the 14 days now

  113. @Mimi, write to support notify them of what you encountered they'll rectify your issue. And if you have the phone number of the person you originally paid to you'll need to call the person for refund. Upload prove of payment also while contacting support.

      Now, to contact support follow these steps.

      Log in, look at the top of the page, you'll see support, click it, then add a ticket. Select the subject for being blocked. Then give it a tittle and narrate what happened there in support. Upload an attachment for prove of payment which you have done.

  115. @ Kenneth Agbo,please is there a way to speed-up the reaction on my issue of temporary moratorium of which the response to ticket crested to support ( the status) marked "solved". But since 24th of Sept. i am still awaiting to be matched. Although all my accounts are in green tagged- pending withdrawing.

  118. @Mimi.. Good you sent Msg to support. Normally you hardly get responses on Thursday from. Also they respond within 48 hours. Of recent it takes longer time because lot of people have joined So much work load for them to look into. Just be patient they'll reply you. Yours would normally be fixed faster than those with issue of temporary moratorium.

    @Peter.. Well, that of temporary moratorium has been an issue. It used to be fixed within 48hours after investigation but now to investigate takes them so long. I guess too much people with same issue so u need to wait they'll fix it. Normally it take 15 days for it to be fixed automatically. So if they couldn't get it done then you'll need to keep waiting until the 15/16th day it should work out well. Avoid editing account details to avoid these issue in the future.
